The slopestyle world cup in Austria, I was really excited to make it through finals. With an impressive and progressing field of women, making finals has become increasingly difficult, and I was extremely excited to have qualified in 5th place. Considering how little training we had this summer, and knowing that most other teams had travelled to New Zealand or Australia to make use of the winter months on the other side of the globe, we knew that we were starting on the back foot entering this first slopestyle world cup of the season. Overall, I was very happy with my 6th place in this contest which marked the slopestyle debut for the 2022-23 season.
